Summerlake City Park in Tigard, OR’s Bull Mountain, is a paddle Portland perch! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, rally from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with a park lot and restrooms, it’s an Oregon gem near the lake. Rain might mist in—soft paddles keep it fresh. No cover, just a park vibe by the water.
