Bagley Community Park in Vancouver is a paddle pocket of fun! One outdoor concrete court with a permanent net, in ‘Good’ shape, plays from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with a park lot and restrooms, it’s a Bagley Downs bonus. Rain might sprinkle—soft paddles keep it low-key. No cover, just neighborly vibes.
