Barclift Park tennis court in Tumwater is a paddle riverside retreat! One outdoor concrete court with a permanent net, in ‘Good’ shape, serves from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with street parking but no restrooms—keep it lean. Rain might tumble in—soft paddles hush the Deschutes flow. No cover, just a quiet vibe near the river.
