This Basketball Court in Monroe’s Hillcrest City Park is a paddle hilltop haven! One outdoor concrete court with a permanent net, in ‘Good’ shape, hoops from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with a park lot and restrooms, it’s a Skykomish Valley perk. Rain might crest in—soft paddles keep it quiet. No cover, just a park vibe near the Cascades.
