Bay Horizon Park in Blaine is a paddle horizon highlight! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, stretch from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with a park lot and restrooms, it’s a Whatcom County gem near Birch Bay. Rain might sweep in—soft paddles keep it expansive. No cover, just a park vibe by the water.
