Birch Bay Park in Blaine is a paddle bayside bliss! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, flow from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with a park lot and restrooms, it’s a Whatcom County treasure by the bay. Rain might wave in—soft paddles keep it serene. No cover, just a park vibe near the beach.
