Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation District 2 in Blaine is a paddle bay bonus! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, rally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday with lights. Free, with a lot and restrooms, it’s a Whatcom gem near Birch Bay. Rain might tide in—soft paddles keep it coastal. No cover, just a rec vibe by the water.
