City of Duvall Park in Duvall is a paddle small-town star! One outdoor concrete court with a permanent net, in ‘Good’ shape, shines from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with street parking but no restrooms—keep it lean. Rain might stroll in—soft paddles brighten the valley. No cover, just a park vibe near the river.
