Claybell Park in Richland’s South Richland is a paddle desert bloom! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, rally from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM with lights. Free, with a park lot and restrooms, it’s a Tri-Cities gem near the Yakima River. Rain might dust in—soft paddles keep it vibrant. No cover, just a park vibe by the sagebrush.
