Highland Park Tennis Court in Seattle’s Highland Park is a paddle southwest sleeper! One outdoor concrete court with a permanent net, in ‘Good’ shape, rallies from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with street parking but no restrooms—keep it lean. Rain might drift in—soft paddles hush the hill. No cover, just a park vibe near Westcrest.
