Hillaire Park Tennis Courts in Bellevue’s West Lake Sammamish are a paddle lakeside lift! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, rally from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with street parking but no restrooms—keep it breezy. Rain might ripple in—soft paddles smooth the shore. No cover, just a park vibe near the lake.
