Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, ridge from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with street parking but no restrooms—keep it lean. Rain might slope in—soft paddles tame the climb. No cover, just a park vibe near the highlands.
