Laurelhurst Pickleball Courts in Portland’s SE are a hipster’s paddle haven! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ nick, run 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with street parking and restrooms nearby, it’s pure PDX cool. Rain’s a regular—soft paddles fit the indie scene. No cover, but the leafy park and craftsman charm scream Rose City.
