Portland’s Northeast Pickleball Court is a hipster’s paddle paradise! One outdoor concrete court with a permanent net, in ‘Good’ shape, sits at 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with street parking but no restrooms—keep it gritty. Rain’s a PDX staple, so soft paddles fit the vibe. No roof, just urban cool and coffee-shop proximity.
