North Willamette Park in West Linn is a paddle paradise by the river! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, run 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with a park lot and restrooms, it’s a Willamette Valley treat. Rain might ripple through—soft paddles keep it mellow. No cover, just scenic vibes.
