Palisades Recreation Center & Playground in DC is a paddle Potomac perk! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, rally from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday-Friday and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday with lights. Free, with a lot and restrooms, it’s a capital gem. Rain might drift in—soft paddles keep it DC-cool. No cover, just a park vibe near the river.
