Pavilion at the Blaine Community Center is a paddle border hub! Two indoor hardwood courts with permanent nets, in ‘Excellent’ shape, rally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for $5. Lights, full cover, parking, restrooms, and ADA access—it’s a Blaine beauty near the Peace Arch. No rain, just a cozy vibe by the border.
