Oak Harbor’s Public tennis courts are a Whidbey paddle staple! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape despite a modest rating, serve from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with lights. Free, with street parking but no restrooms—keep it simple. Rain might island in—soft paddles tame the breeze. No cover, just a naval-town vibe near the harbor.
