Rec Pavilion in Olympia, WA, is a paddle capital perk! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, rally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with lights. Free, with a lot and restrooms, it’s a Thurston County treat. Rain might legislate in—soft paddles keep it Evergreen-smooth. No cover, just a park vibe near the Capitol.
