South Whidbey Parks and Rec District in Langley is a paddle admin ace! Two outdoor concrete courts with permanent nets, in ‘Good’ shape, manage from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Friday with lights. Free, with a lot and restrooms, it’s a Whidbey perk. Rain might check in—soft paddles keep it smooth. No cover, just a park-office vibe near the island’s heart.
