Tillicum Kiwanis Playground at Averill Field in Snohomish is a paddle playtime perk! One outdoor concrete court with a permanent net, in ‘Good’ shape, swings from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM with lights. Free, with a park lot and restrooms, it’s a family-friendly find. Rain might splash in—soft paddles keep it playful. No cover, just a historic park vibe near the river.
