Webber Court Community Park in Steilacoom, WA, is a 24/7 paddle historic hit! One outdoor concrete court with a permanent net, in ‘Good’ shape, runs anytime with lights. Free, with street parking but no restrooms—keep it simple. Rain might sea in—soft paddles tame the Sound. No cover, just a quaint vibe near the water.
